Prior to joining Nielen Schuman in 2019, Luuk has worked at ING Corporate Finance for 2 years, where he gained extensive M&A experience in a broad range of transactions across multiple sectors.
Notable transactions include the sale of Roxit to Visma, the sale of Enovation to Main Capital Partners and the acquisition of HES International by a consortium of Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners and Macquarie Infra and Real Assets.
Luuk received a Master’s degree in Finance (Summa Cum Laude) from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He enjoys cycling, fitness and spending time with family and friends.
