Moussa started his career in 1999 in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division in London. He subsequently worked at merchant bank Kempen & Co and Petercam Bank in Brussels and Amsterdam as Director Corporate Finance. He joined Nielen Schuman in 2006.
His investment banking experience of more than 22 years includes strategic assignments and a wide array of completed M&A, financing and restructuring transactions across many sectors in private equity, corporate and private situations. Over the years, he has built trusted relationships with many boards, management teams and CEOs of PE and privately owned businesses and has executed a broad range of sell side, buy side and management advisory transactions. Sectors in which he is particularly involved include Healthcare, Packaging and Business Services. Moussa has been involved in many of the firms M&A transactions. Recent M&A transactions include Itho Daalderop, Royal Herkel, Symeres, Huuskes, Novio Packaging, Reesink, Ploeger Oxbo and Royal Sanders.
Moussa studied Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Financial Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics. Moussa enjoys riding the race bike, playing tennis, hiking and playing football with his kids.
