Prior to joining Nielen Schuman in 2020, Thomas worked for 7 years in M&A at Rothschild & Co and Deloitte in Belgium.
Over the course of his career in M&A, Thomas has built an extensive track record successfully advising financial sponsors and privately held companies, mostly on international sell-side transactions and leveraged buy-outs. He worked in a wide variety of sectors such as technology, consumer, healthcare and industrials.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the KU Leuven.
